Real-time reports     4 reports are generated real-time when queried by the viewer: Reservation list Aged debtors Transaction analysis Occupancy analysis Read on .....   Reservations Report Select the day from when you want to view who has booked in (Refer items circled in purple) View a detailed reservation, including member details & comments (Refer items circled in red) A proxi member "AAC Dinner Plain", "AAC Mt Hotham" is used when guests are booked without a member, such as reciprocal member, school group, etc ...(Refer items circled in green). Back to "Take a look at ..."   Aged debtors Report All members can be listed, or Debtors can be filtered by category, amounts, days owing, etc ... Back to "Take a look at ..."   Transactions Report Select the range of days where you want to view all the transfers and movement of funds All entries can be listed, or Entries can be filtered by type (Credit Note, Refund, Receipt, Invoice, Order) Back to "Take a look at ..."   Booking Occupancy Report Select the range of days that you want to assess (Refer items circled in purple) View a matrix listing qty/night/type of guests, View total per category for the selected period, (Refer items circled in dark blue), or View total No of guest for each night (Refer items circled in light blue) Back to "Take a look at ..."
